Terms of Service
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Short version: paulxie.com is a personal portfolio. The demos are illustrative — use them for fun and exploration, not production work. If you sign in with Google, you're using your own Gemini API quota on your own account, so play nicely with Google's rules. Don't break things, don't try to abuse the site, and treat the demos as "as-is."
The service
paulxie.com is a personal portfolio and project showcase. It hosts blog posts, project descriptions, and a few interactive client-side demos. There are no user accounts on the site itself.
Using the demos
Some demos let you sign in with Google so they can call the Gemini API on your behalf, using your own quota. By signing in you agree that:
- You're responsible for the prompts and files you submit, and for any quota or charges on your Google account.
- You'll follow Google's Gemini API Terms and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.
- The demos call Google directly from your browser — we don't proxy, log, or store your prompts or results.
Don'ts
- No unlawful use, and no using the demos in ways Google's Gemini terms forbid.
- No trying to break, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site or anyone else's account.
- No reusing site content beyond what the relevant open-source licenses permit.
Intellectual property
Site content (text, code, graphics, logos) belongs to Paul Rachapong Chirarattananon unless stated otherwise. Open-source projects are covered by their own licenses.
As-is, no warranty
The site and demos are provided "as is" — they're illustrative projects, not production software. We don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free, and we make no warranty about outputs from the Gemini API. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any quota or charges incurred against your Google account.
